A37 towards Wells from Bristol. After Farrington Gurney follow the A39 to Wells. At the Green Ore traffic lights (next to the Ploughboy Pub) about 3 to 4 miles before Wells turn left onto the B3135. (Green Ore consists of the pub and a few cottages). The Mendip Nature Research Station is the first building on left hand side about 3/4 of a mile from the traffic lights.
A36 Salisbury then Warminster. A362 to Frome. A361 to Shepton Mallet. A37 direction of Bristol/Bath for a couple of miles. B3135 towards Cheddar. Mendip Nature Research Station is on right about 1 mile after cross-roads with B3139. (Wells Hill Bottom Farm is on left 200 yards before us).
