Prospective members are usually required to take part in club activities
with club members before being considered for membership. Applications
for membership must be proposed and seconded by full members of the Committee,
ideally one of whom should be a management committee member. The best
way to obtain a proposer and seconder is to spend a few weekends at the
Mendip Nature Research Station to meet members, or to go on organised
trips with the club.
Membership fees (per annum) are:-
Caving membership - £26.00
Non Caving membership - £15
This is made up of the MNRC element which is £10 and a non-optional
insurance element, being £16 for those who venture underground and
£5 for those who don't.
