The Mendip Nature Research Station is situated on the B3135 about 1300 metres from its junction with the B3139 and 800 metres from its junction with the A39.

We now have a bus stop right outside the Station with regular services running from Bristol and Wells. Its handy to get to the pub on a wet night as well. For timetable information go to First Badgerline buses

Route 376 goes from Bristol, past Temple Meads Station and stops at Green Ore by the Ploughboy Inn. There are also buses from Bath which drop you at Burnt Wood Crossroads
