The MNRC is the perfect base for exploring the Mendip Hills and surrounding
district. Facilities are available nearby for water sports, rock climbing,
mountain biking, horse riding, and other activities including of course
caving.
Although the MNRC is primarily a caving club it's members also organise
a variety of other activities including skiing and hill walking trips,
photographic, geological and social weekends. Trips are also made to the
main caving regions throughout the year along with club weekends on Mendip.
On the first weekend of March each year the committee holds its Annual
General Meeting and evening dinner.
Information on forthcoming events is listed in the Committees quarterly
newsletter, on the web page, on the club email list and at the Mendip
Nature Research Station.
